Digital Drafts

I like this photo as the girl in it as a smile, which would give my magazine a welcoming feel to anyone looking at the cover.
Besides, she is in a rugby field and the pattern of her dress links with the background (green for the grass and pale blue for the sky and the trees in the distance.

Another example that shows us the importance of a welcoming smile.

Sometimes having the figure not looking at the camera is very effective as it makes it look like they are in deep thought about something.
Every thing that surrounds her is white, but she's wearing a black jacket, and she's black haired, both elements that make her stand out against the background.

Another example where the figure is not looking at the camera but the shot works anyway.

The background is very typical for a college, her t-shirt matches with the lockers, but the picture is not boring as the colours of her backpack and copybook.
